Tell me more about the greetings cards....

The cards measure 8"x6" and are usually on white card. Each one has a hand-painted background which is then decorated with clay figures - these can be as detailed as you want, even down to a particular hair colour where appropriate. In the more detailed cards I can also incorporate particular things relevant to the recipient like their job, hobbies, family members or pets.

Tell me more about the wooden door plaques....

The plaques measure 5"x 2". Each one is painted (where required) and finished with two coats of satin varnish. The writing will be handwritten. The plaques are for interior use only.

How long will my order take?

Each item will be made specifically for you, therefore please allow 1 - 2 weeks for completion. All items are posted using Royal Mail 1st class post.

I would like to order a card for an unusual occasion. Is that possible?

That's fine - just give details of what you have in mind and I will do my best!

I like the birth pictures but would like a design to suit my child's nursery colour scheme.

No problem. All my products are individually handmade or painted especially for you so designs and colours can be altered to suit you. 

What should I expect to pay for postage?

I try to be very reasonable with my postage and packaging prices. The prices are worked out on a tier system, depending on the cost of the items.

Total price up to £10.00.....Postage is £1.50

Total price £10.01 - £20.00..... Postage is £2

Total price over £20.00.... Postage is £2.95

If you live locally, orders may be hand delivered for the same fee.

If you would prefer to collect your order from my home (by arrangement - I live in Cranleigh High Street) please just email me your order instead of buying via the website - this way you can pay on collection and will avoid the postage fees.

How do I tell you the personalisation details?

There is a section in the checkout stage marked "Comments about your order". Just write down any requirements there and I will do my best to meet your needs. Alternatively send me a separate email. If I have any queries I will contact you.

How do I pay for my order?

All payments for orders placed on my website are processed by PayPal, so I do not store any of your personal payment details. You can pay via PayPal using your credit or debit card.

If you prefer you can phone me to place your order and pay by credit or debit card over the telephone (0781 777 2471)

Alternatively you can pay by cheque. Email your order to me and I will send you an invoice.

If you live outside the UK and you order online, postage will not be calculated automatically at the checkout stage. Once I receive your initial payment I will send you a separate PayPal invoice for the additional postage.

Please note that as each item is individually hand-made no two pieces will be exactly the same. In some situations designs may vary very slightly from the photographs featured on the website.
